1. Eligibility

Drivers must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license issued at least 12 months prior to rental, and present a valid passport or national ID at pickup.

2. Reservations

Reservations can be made online and do not require prepayment. Confirmation is sent via email immediately after booking.

3. Payment

Payment is collected at vehicle pickup. We accept cash (EUR, USD, GEL) and major credit/debit cards.

4. Insurance

All rentals include 100% comprehensive insurance covering collision, theft, and third-party liability with no deductible.

5. Mileage

All rentals include unlimited mileage within the territory of Georgia. Crossing borders requires prior written approval.

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank, or a refueling fee at market rate plus service charge will apply.

7. Delivery & Return

Delivery prices: Tbilisi Airport — 50 GEL, Tbilisi city — Free, Kutaisi Airport — 100 GEL, Kutaisi city — 50 GEL, Batumi Airport — 300 GEL, Batumi city — 250 GEL.

8. Cancellation

Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup are free of charge. No-shows may be charged one day's rental.

9. Damage & Liability

While insurance covers most incidents, the renter remains responsible for damages caused by gross negligence, off-road driving in non-4x4 vehicles, or driving under the influence.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi.
